hotdogjohnI know several parents who have a child with severe food allergies. I feel so bad to see them stress and worry about keeping their child safe. I also know that some parents say gluten free food helps their child’s autism symptoms. I am far from an expert, but I wanted to participate in this tour from Mom Central to let parents know about John Morrell, a company that provides allergen free food. It is definitely something to research and possibly try.

John Morrell now makes several foods free from allergens of milk, nuts, egg, soy, wheat, gluten and MSG. Some of the foods are hotdogs, smoked sausages and bologna. They even process the foods in a completely allergen-free facility.

We had the chance to try the hotdogs and they were pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised and Nolan ate his quickly and even asked for another one. You can have a chance to win some of the food for Free and $1 off coupons on the John Morrell Face book page. The site will have regular coupons, contests, recipes and nutritional information daily. You can find a store locator on their Face book page and website.
