The Last Son   Book One   The Zargothian Saga

                             Aidan Lucid

Quite the adventure Aidan has created for readers.  Aidan Lucid has written a young adult fantasy novel that is quite fantastic to read.  This is book one of The Zargothian Saga that blends to me fantasy with reality in a way.  It is the story of Henry, Tracey, and two World War II pilots for England and Scotland that were found The Last Sonin their own times to help others in a far off world to fight and evil enemy.  Henry and the others learn about themselves in many ways while helping others, as well as fighting the final battle.

The Last Son

Aidan Lucid has written a novel that is quite visual for his talent for writing is quite descriptive.  The reader will feel for all the characters and how they deal with various feelings from homesickness to fear of war, and being honest with each other.  The cover art is done using the colors black, oranges, reds, and purples that gives the reader a sense of what is going to happen and uses reality with the airplane and fantasy with the dragons.  There are many lessons from this story that deals with family and friends and working through issues and problems each may have.  Cannot wait for Book two.___________________________________________________________
