    What does friendship really mean to animals and even humans? ‘The Sunny Adventure’ is the story of
Redkin and growing up in the forest and learning the ways of the Red Fox. Redkin was sent out by
mother to gather breakfast and learn how to gather other kinds of foods and survive in the future.
Redkin meets a few friends by the name of Loudcroak and Zippy and they begin to help each other in
many ways with the lessons that they were presented with by their parents in their adventure in food
gathering.

      The illustrations throughout the book were vivid with muted colors that tell the story of Redkin’s and
Loudcroak’s journey till the end. The way that Elena drew the characters will make the reader feel the
necessary emotions of these and all the characters of the story and the lessons that they all need to
learn.
‘The Sunny Adventure’ is a picture book that coul hud begin the study of science and learning about the
various food chains of the animal world in many ways learning through the animals in the story. It is a
book for the primary grades for learning beginning science and language skills in an imaginative wayno
to make learning fun.

 

Summary

Mother Fox asked her little daughter to go hunting and get some food for the very first time in her life. The little fox decided to catch the Sun since it looked very appetizing. Going in search of it, the girl had no idea she would meet a little toad Loudcroak who would become her faithful friend.
This charming adventure story is filled with kindness, courage, and faith, teaching children how true friendship overcomes any obstacles.

 

About the Author

Ira Alice is a children’s author. She is inspired by love of the natural world, transforming human features to animals, inbreathing them to make heroic feats, creating special situations for that. Her fairy tales are filled with warmth and goodness that teach moral life not only children but also adults.
