CONTEST CLOSED. I EMAILED THE WINNER. THANKS EVERYONE AND KEEP COMING BACK TO WIN MORE!
True Random Number Generator 18
LeapFrog is one of my favorite kid-friendly entertainment, technology, electronics companies and our six year old has loved the various Leap Frog products he has used over the years. He has used the LeapFrog portable game players, Tag Readers, and more. The baby is now enjoying his older brothers LeapFrog toys that have been passed down too. In fact, these products that are fun for him are some of my favorite learning activities and devices we have for him to use.
LeapFrog is excited about their upcoming product and they want to involve all of you! How? Simply visit the new microsite which just went live ahead of the product release. Can you guess the device? What would you want it to be? Tell Leap Frog what moms and dads want for your children.
Want an incentive to share your ideas? If you can venture a guess as to what the device is, or suggest what you hope it does, you could win one and be one of the very first to own it! Only creative ideas ‘need apply’.

Did I read somewhere that it will have an E-Reader? Would be great to get new books for my son at a touch of a button. I would also love some wi-fi function.

I have to agree with most of the other comments, it sounds like a touch/ipad/kindle for kids. They had nothing even close to this when we were kids, haha. I played paperboy on the commodore 64 🙂

PinchingAbe
It is a kid sized iPad. I imagine it will have internet capability and will come pre-loaded with books, but parents will be able to side load more books on. Looks cool (er, sounds cool based on the videos I have seen!)

Carol
I truly think they’re gearing it to kids to mimc what their parents have, and what’s the hot ticket now? An Ipad. I would really love to see a Kiddie version of a GPS app, because following directions is something all kids will grow up and need to do at some point. Math Apps, reading, apps, learning apps, all could/should be incorporated into it.
