I had my hubby rub the Foot Relief Cream and the All Day Moisture Body Loition on for “review” and love the smell and the feeling of the creams. The Foot Relief cream is a combination of peppermint, Tea Tree Oil and Shea Butter and smells like peppermint. The Body Loition has a fresh Lemony smell consisting of Lemon Oil, Chamomile, Shea Butter. Very soothing. The best part about the kit is you can get your husband to pamper you, smell good and relax at the same time. The prices are very reasonable too. So Moms, you need to show your hubbies this post for ideas for Mother’s Day! You can buy the Motherhood kit, Pregnancy Kit, and baby products at www.belliskincare.com.

I suffered horribly from morning sickness during both of my pregnancies. Boy, do I wish I knew about Psi Bands then. Psi Bands (pronounced “Sigh Bands”) are drug-free wrist bands for the relief of nausea due to morning sickness (pregnancy), motion sickness/travel, chemotherapy, and anesthesia. They are FDA-cleared and safe to use.
Psi Bands may be worn on an as needed basis (up to 48 continuous hours) at the first sign of nausea. They may also be worn up to 5 minutes before traveling or surgery. The response to acupressure is individual. While some experience relief within minutes, others notice changes in hours or subsequent days.
They would work perfectly for an active traveler, an expectant mom or someone undergoing medical procedures, A bonus is they are so cute and stylish. There are five styles to choose from. Psi Bands can be re-used and I thought they were very comfortable. I also think the price is very affordable and reasonable.

Book Review: Tiny Toes by Kelly Damon

BOOK SYNOPSIS
Tiny Toes is a personal story of a couple struggling to create a family. The author tackles the effects of infertility, including how it almost destroyed her marriage. She illustrates the emotional trials of having a premature baby and how that, too, impacted her soul and her marriage.
She also demonstrates how she was able to overcome the depression that was keeping her from her own joy. The impact of infertility can extend to the soul of your very being. Watching your baby struggle to survive each day is not something any parent should have to endure. Yet, every day 1 in 9 babies are born too soon. Postpartum depression is being acknowledged as a disorder that occurs fairly frequently. Women who experience infertility and/or the premature birth of a child are more likely to encounter some form of depression than are women who have healthy pregnancies. This story details the emotional trails of these complex life occurrences. In the end you’ll see the transformation of the author and you will be moved by her journey.
Kelly Damon is both an author and a speaker. Her first book, Tiny Toes: A Couple’s Journey Through Infertility, Prematurity, and Depression has received a 5 Star review and was a Finalist in the Arizona Book Publishing Association’s 2008 GLYPH Awards. She has since authored many articles on infertility and premature birth and contributes content to various blogs and websites. In addition, she has created ebooks for couples who are at the beginning of their infertility journey.
MY REVIEW
Reading Tiny Toes was stepping into a foreign world that I knew nothing about. That world being infertility. I know women who struggle with it, but never the intimate details that author Kelly Damon writes about. She bravely bares her heart and soul into the struggles she faced while trying to get pregnant. Damon doesn’t leave out the ugly details, including her jealousy over other pregnancies, her resulting marriage problems, and her feelings about her in-laws treatment. When she finally does get pregnant, her journey only gets more difficult when their twin girls are born premature. “Tiny Toes” is a difficult story to read because of the subject matter, but ultimately it is a story of hope and inspiration that other women, especially those that have struggled with infertility, should pick up to read.
You can purchase Tiny Toes” on the author’s website www.twinpeas.com or Amazon.
