Mythbusters Science Kit Review
Have you ever watched the Discovery Channel’s show Mythbusters? They have come out with a new kit to help teach and encourage children to explore science. We were sent the Weird World of Water kit to test out by Team Mom. My five year old son is a little young, but with dad’s help he still had a lot of fun creating the twister and especially launching the water rocket. It does actually work! The kit is a fun activity to spend time with your child and helps them to learn new things, so I do recommend it and would buy any of the other kits they developed. Just make sure you have some time and patience. I like toys like this because they require you to spend time with your children and build memories. The description of the kit is below.
The Discovery Channel’s popular team of crazy Mythbusters find the truth behind urban legends using the scientific method and plenty of curiosity and ingenuity. Their unique and offbeat approach to science brings excitement to this kit that teaches kids all about the properties and power of water.
Aspiring mythbusters will test the secrets of water as they uncover its many mysteries. Water freezes and boils and turns into gas – is there anything it can’t do? They’ll find the mythbusting answer to that and many more questions:
-
Can water suck a ship down the drain?
-
Will you find hot water at the North Pole?
- Can water blast a rocket into space?
Kids will test the power of whirlpools, create a liquid rainbow, learn how to walk on water, and much more with the Mythbusters.
Ages 9 and up.
Mythbusters Force of Flight Science Kit and Mythbusters Power of Air Pressure Science Kit. Each kit is available for $19.95 on Amazon or Discovery.com or all 3 sets can be purchased together for $49.99. A great deal in time for the holidays.
Team Mom and Discovery provided the product for this review. All my thoughts and opinions are based on my honest opinion and aren’t influenced in any way.
Kuster Bath Toy Store Giveaway

Bath toys are great to keep your child busy and happy during bath time. The downside, is that they are wet, messy, and tend to cause clutter in your bathroom. My tub was a mess before I got The Bath Toy Store. The designers at Kuster are clearly familiar with this problem, and their stylish Bath Toy Store sets out to solve it.

The Bath Toy Store provides a two-in-one solution: it alleviates clutter and helps keep wetness to a minimum. The inner tub can be used to scoop toys out of the tub at the end of bath time. The colander-style bottom drains the water away so toys dry, eliminating mess and halting the growth of germs and mildew. This then sits inside another tub for clean, compact storage. Best of all, the system is sleek and modern looking, and comes in color combinations that will suit just about any bathroom décor. Another tip, it is safe to sanantize in your dishwasher!
You can check out the entire line of innovative Kuster products at kuster-usa.com. They sell much more than the bath store, I especially love their unique high chairs! To purchase the Bath Toy Store visit goores.com. Make sure to use the code bbevku for a 10 % discount.
Kuster wants to give one of my readers your very own Bath Toy Store! Yeah!
