Season One of V Now Available on DVD

VThe second season of V is starting January 4th on ABC. If you are a fan of the show, the first season of V is out on DVD just in time for the holidays. If you haven’t watched the show, now would be the perfect time to catch up. You can watch and learn more about season one at

An extraterrestrial race arrives on Earth with seemingly good intentions, only to slowly reveal their true machinations the more ingrained into society they become. They arrived promoting a message of peace and unity, but a select group of citizens dug deeper to discover that the Visitors had a much more complex agenda than they’d been letting on.

The most interesting part of the show is how the humans react. Some people see them initially as saviors. I think I would identify the most with the FBI agent, Erica. She isn’t trusting of them, but her son is and it puts her in an interesting and compelling situation. How do you think you would react?

I’ve never watched this, but I think I will now that I’ve read your review!

  3. Anne-Marie T says:

I loved this show. Glad it’s coming back.
I believe it is a remake of sorts of an old series from the 80’s

  4. theprophecygirl says:

Again, I got into a show too late and could not catch up. I will have to get the DVDs, as this looks like a cool show with a good cast. Anne-Marie, I didn’t realize it was a re-make…I wonder how they compare. If I like it, I may have to see both.

  5. Marc-Andre Taillefer says:

    This show is average.
