I always find it so utterly amazing how tech savvy kids are. It might be expected with the older one like high school age.But what I’m taking about are the really young kids. Not just the elementary school age but children as young as five years old. With their I-pad’s, I-pod’s Nook’s,Kindles and most of all the Smartphone’s.Now I’m fairly tech savvy but i watch my five year old Grand daughter zip through her I-Pad game it’s amazing.

Which brings me to my next Subject. A great giveaway. The folks at Kids email.org have given us the opportunity to offer Three that’s 3 one year subscriptions to give away. This is a great service.I ask you to check it out before you enter and If you are like me you’ll think it’s a pretty good product for your kid’s Online safety. So good luck…’ Remember 3 winners

Kidsemail1Kids Email. As a parent you must be a little(or a lot) wary of  the who ,what and where’s  your child is ending up with online. We all want safe email for kids. Lets face it there are some crazy AND dangerous people and place on this thing we call in internet. That’s where Email for Kids  comes in .Without question the people at http://www.kidsemail.org/ have come up with a great product to give you the parent a little peace of mind (or is it Piece?) or maybe you’ll just save a little Piece of your mind.

It’s a very simple process just head on over to their website and open an account in your name. Once you have your account set up you set your child with their own @kidsemail.org address. Easy as that, they now have their own email account. BUT mom and dad have for the most part complete control of where and what they are allowed to see and who they talk with. No this is not a “Big Brother” thing it’s watching out for your child’s safety,One feature I kind of like is the grounding feature. You can basically give them limits on how much they can use it.
Some of the settings available
Safety Settings
Manage Contacts
Modify Look & Feel
Child Account Settings
Ground Child
Time Restrictions
Blocked Senders
Mail Queue
Activity Logs

For the older kids (Teens) there are more grown-up options available too for one is the address @Kmail.org which is less “Kiddie”

With a free 30 day trial you can’t beat it. AND there is no credit card needed for the trial period and then if you decide you like it you’ll find it’s very reasonable.
