Ever hear of Oxytocin?

I read somewhere a long time ago that a fifteen to twenty second hug can create such a strong emotional bond between two people caused by a release of  a chemical in your  brain called Oxytocin. So go hug somebody today!!!

So we recently received an adorable picture book called I’m Going to Give You a Bear Hug! written by Author Caroline B. Cooney , This author has created like I said an Bear Hugsadorable . It could  really just be described as a simple thirty two page picture book and be done with it. BUT! This simple little picture book has such a strong message.Obviously as the title says it’s all about HUGS. A show you how much I care Hug,A way beyond compare Hug and every kind of hug you’d want to give.Although I’m not altogether sure about the “Wet slimy drippy Fish Hug”

With the big colorful illustrations by artist Tim Warnes this is the perfect bedtime book for the little ones.  Showing a little boy and his Mom and all sorts of big cuddly animals with their own special hugs.

Written in a fun rhyming style This  beautiful large hardcover book is sure to be loved and appreciated by little boys and girls And their Parents.

I’m Going to Give You a Bear Hug!, was written by bestselling author Caroline B. Cooney, and is a playful and comforting bedtime book that imagines all the wonderful ways a child might give and receive a hug.
