As we all know the reading is quite important. Especially it plays important part in the development for children and teens. But it’s essential that the reading is for pleasure and enjoyment. The Giver by Lois Lowry – An older book, The Giver is the story of a young boy discovering feelings for the first time in a society that tries to keep everyone from them. The characters are believable and lovable, and though it contains a bit of adult content, teenagers will identify with the central characters – a group of young girls – in this story about what’s real and what’s just below the surface of life.
