Always Eat After 7 PM:
The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—
While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion
I’m back with my Always Eat After 7 PM Book Challenge. Last time in Part one of my new experience I was just getting into the book. yes I learned all kinds of new things. Chapter two The Real Truth about Breakfast. Not the Breakfast was lying to us but it is interesting reading about this sort of thing that I never really thought much about.
Is it true Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Or does Eating breakfast really kick start your Metabolism? It really depends on what your eating now doesn’t it. That is where this book helps out. It is about the what and when to eat to be most beneficial to you. We get right into it with Chapter three “ENERGIZING LUNCHES AND FAT-BURNING DINNERS WITH VOLUMIZATION” In other words if you eat the right kind of food you don’t have to skimp on the portions.
So as I explained to you in part one Always Eat After 7 PM is a three part plan.Phase one is The Acceleration Phase. That is where I am now. As you may have figured out as the name implies. You learn to “ACCELERATE” your weight loss. this is the first two weeks of your new plan. First you learn to start cutting back on Carbs and Calories and start burning fat for energy. You do this by upping your intake of protein. Concentrate on high fiber Veggies to help your digestive system.
It helps to educate yourself about how Carbs ,Protein and calories work. This book will help you with all that.To Quote the book…
“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”
So if you do it right you will see that The two week Acceleration Phase will get your body used to your new fat burning diet. You might also see a rabid weight loss to start.
This Joel Marion dude seems to know his stuff…Let’s ask him a few Questions
1.What was the most surprising discovery when you were researching scientific data for the diet?
That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.
2.Is it difficult to follow the Always Eat After 7 PM plan ?
It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.
3.How long did it take for you to develop the diet?
It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.
Joel Marion,

Although the basis for the diet sounds very similar to others I have never heard about eating only after 7PM, they usually recommend eating before 7PM.
