I have been an avid reader since birth. Reading opens a whole new world to me and I love the feelings great books bring to me. Sony started a website called WORDS MOVE ME,which is about connecting readers with those emotions they felt while reading a certain book. For instance, if I want to read a book that will make me happy, I can search that term and see what it brings up. What a cool way to look for books! The widget you see below features book-quotes that are meaningful to me. Click to the left or the right of the center box to scroll through the quotes that I’ve chosen.
Once you find a book you like, you can head over to purchase the book for your Sony Reader. There is a huge library of books available for purchase, as well as thousands of classic titles available for FREE download via GOOGLE. I like that they provide free books!
I am a virgin e reader and am excited to try out the Sony Pocket Reader. I haven’t received it yet, so I cannot review it for this giveaway, but I will let you know what I think. Below are the details about the Sony Pocket Reader . There is a video on the Sony website about the Reader, it is actually on sale for $179.99.
.The Reader Pocket Edition™ lets you access up to 350 of your favorite books from anywhere and it’s small enough to fit right in your pocket or purse.
• The Reader Pocket Edition™ is lightweight and portable and has a 5” display. Three are also 3 adjustable font sizes, so you can resize the text to suit your reading preference.
• The Reader Pocket Edition™ supports multiple formats, and is PC and Mac compatible.

“No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning are not increased by a purchase.”
The quote from “OH the Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Seuss..
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the guy who’ll decide where to go. “
Everything everybody does is so I don’t know, not wrong, or even mean, or even stupid necessarily. But just so tiny and meaningless and sad-making… if you go bohemian or something crazy like that, you’re conforming just as much only in a different way.
“Isn’t it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive–it’s such an interesting world. It wouldn’t be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it?”
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the guy who’ll decide where to go.

I recently discovered Pat Conroy by reading “South of Broad”. I was so impressed with this book that I have been trying to read his other books. I found mention of “Prince of Tides’ on Sony Words Move Me website and I am so looking forward to reading it. I am from the south and his descriptions of the Southern way of life remind me of my childhood and familiar places.
I keep getting a “fatal error” when I try to access the site. So I’ll just tell you a phrase from Dr. Zhivago that I always remember: “You in others. That is your soul”. Thanks for the contest.
For the Words Move Me, I really enjoyed, “So? He was stupid. If I killed everyone who was stupid, I wouldn’t have time to sleep.” From In the Hand of the Goddess by Tamora Pierce.

The moment towards the end of the book when Jane heard Mr. Rochesters voice in her head just as clear as if he was standing beside her and runs back to find him in such a horrible shape but still loved him. This spoke to me when I read it at 13 in Lit class and touches me even deeper now because of my own experiences.I loved Jane Eyre.
