Hoopnotica introduced us to hooping.  What is that?  Hooping is a fun activity for generations to enjoy together. Because at the Beginning Level it is a non-impact exercise, people of all ages will enjoy Hoopdance. Even pregnant and post-partum women can enjoy Hoopdance. You may find yourself hesitant at first, but once you’ve learned that first move, you may find yourself addicted to practicing and mastering each move. You may notice an increase in energy, or that you have become slimmer. You may find yourself more joyful and less stressed out. You may even find yourself more creatively self expressed, both in the hoop, and in other areas of your life! And hooping is popular with our future first lady!

Hooping is beautiful, transformative and mesmerizing. It can be used as a tool for fitness, meditation, or in the playful art of seduction. More than anything else, it is FUN.

There are physical and mental benefits to hooping.

What a great way to trim up and have fun at the same time. I used to love to hula-hoop as a child and wonder if I could still do it. Yes, I’m certain that I could as long as nobody was watching.
I would have to start out with the Hoopnotica Hoopdance Basics – Beginner Level 1 DVD.
