What a great way to trim up and have fun at the same time. I used to love to hula-hoop as a child and wonder if I could still do it. Yes, I’m certain that I could as long as nobody was watching.

I would like to purchase the Hoopnotica Hoopdance Basics – Beginner Level 1 DVD. I enjoy experiencing new and alternative ways to workout. I took up Yoga 3 years ago and have been hooked on it ever since. Now I am totally intruiged by Hoopnotica and want to give it a try. It looks energizing and uplifting and a little sexy and that all appeals to me! Thank you for putting in the “buzz” in my ear and for the opportunity to enter.
