I can’t wait to read The Aviary Gate. It’s on my TBR list, about 2 down. Looks very interesting. I read your review, did you really only give it a C?
yeah, only because I had a hard time getting through spots of it, but I think other people might not, it was slow in spots where it didn’t focus on the main character. I am a tough grader also. It comes from my teaching background:)
I’m supposed to be getting this book as an ARC. I hope I enjoy it a bit more than you did
