Harvard Pilgrim recently introduced well, then, an online social networking community that enables people to connect and inspire one another to be as well as they can be.
As part of Harvard Pilgrim’s mission to improve the health of the people we serve and the health of society, well, then stimulates conversations about health and well being. It also builds on our effort to be a leader in health engagement and is open to everyone, members and non-members alike.
Users can share their wellness tips via uploaded photos and videos, or simply text. The community is available at www.wellthen.org, where users can also access links to the well, then Facebook fan page, Twitter profile and YouTube channel.
I am excited to be a part of well, then! I think it is a fantastic networking website, where I can watch and read information about health issues. You can learn and interact with the community on a variety of health concerns from sleep, eating healthy, cancer, and more. I have been sharing my experience and knowledge about the importance of getting a good nights rest.
